I almost didn't see them!

What a lot of rain we had overnight and this morning! Fortunately it miraculously dried and the sun came out. So, off we went and ended up on the Carse where we spotted quite a few geese and even took a number of photos.
Back home and we went off down the wood with Rona. It was there, in an old cleared area, we almost missed these deer. There were five altogether, three does and two bucks, this big boy and a young lad, possibly one of last years brood.
