An apple a day

Planned a blip of a fab sunset tonight but my I phone skills were not up to it.

We have a couple of old apple trees in the garden. We've had a reasonable crop this year - the chief is experimenting with apple and bramble jam and several different chutneys. The jam in particular is yummy.
