I can cook

Cooked myself a delicious dinner after biking to Kroger. Aaron, roommate, helped. We didn't carpool today so I biked to and from work as well. Now I just have to start working out my upper body too. My went back to the office after dinner and worked on marketing prep and the process diagram.

Spencer mentioned a desire to give feedback, stated a justification for isolated strategizing, and asked me to give Dave, our new marketing guru, a show and tell tomorrow.
