At any one time everyone in the world needs to just listen.
Listen . . . to a child
Listen . . . to a partner
Listen . . . to a message
Listen . . . to others

This aerial array enables local folk to listen and communicate with each other by whatever electronic device they choose.
If it were to go off-line many would think it the end of the world. Perhaps then we could rely on the power of human contact !
