Hard shoulder

This morning I dragged myself to the Dr as I've been fighting this illness for the last week. Chest infection confirmed and a course of antibiotics prescribed. It really is a pattern I'm both familiar with and bored with. Half term means illness. You look forward to it for so long and then when it arrives it's an anti climax.

Still, I had a lovely start to the week and hopefully I will start feeling better over the next few days...just in time to cram a load of work in before Monday!

The kids have been desperate to get their pumpkins, so mission complete and they are off to my parents for the afternoon so I can indulge in some rest.
