Preparing

The markets are filling up with flowers and vendors are doing a brisk business in preparation for Day of the Dead. Altars are typically made in every household in memory of the departed. Flowers, bread, beer, food items, and many other times that were important to the deceased family members are used to decorate the elaborate altars.
