In the jaws.......

.........of the forager!! Trust these two to get in on the act. This is the two of them investigating the fearsome looking maize header. I had gone out to photograph Raymond cleaning the forager ready to put it to bed. We clean it thoroughly every year as it helps keep it all up together and also stops rats nesting and feeding inside it! It's an expensive bit of kit so it needs lots of TLC!

For me it was the dentist today, along with Mr Tbay Jnr. He is all mended but I have three more visits. Arghhhh!

Farming - Two hauling compost as usual. We took 2.5 tonnes of old tyres for recycling under a local scheme. The cost was very reasonable which was really good. Raymond washed and put forager to bed. Mr Tbay had an office day today with a smattering of gardening on the side. A drizzly day today.
