Will they overwinter?..

..last of the lettuce in the beds at the lodge. Been a nice day today, we had a strange yellow thing in the sky!

Pottered about in the shed with the baseboards for the trains while G was out in the car. And later went down to the lodge to tidy up the beds I've been using for vegetables. I'd done some a while back, but still had some more to dig. Also harvested the last of the carrots and beetroot. Have dug nearly all of the beds, but it was too wet to do the bottom end of two, about 6 feet on each, and I started the carrot bed, but it was too wet too. I'll dig those bits over in the spring when G comes back..

This is the last of the lettuce, with the sun shining through the leaves, quite liked it. Other shots today included a Robin, and a view of our house from the lodge with the sun behind it.. This was the best..
