NE 7th Ave Update

Some movement on the site at NE 7th and NE Russell. I received an email couple of days ago saying that demo of the old service station would begin today. I figured I'd drop by and take a look. It's not going to take them long. The Eliot neighborhood association is still waiting for a response from the developer on their request that the proposed apartment building on this site be scaled down to fit in with the neighborhood.

I'll keep updating this as and when things progress, or deteriorate, depending on how things go!
