Steak

I cooked rump steak, new potatoes and mange tout this evening, I went for minimalist tonight with only a very light brushing of olive oil and a teeny splash of whisky on my steak. I did mix up some tomato paste with mayonnaise, garlic, chilli oil and mustard honey dressing and then added the juice/oil from the steak pan to make a sort of "ketchup".
