Hedgehog cookies

Because I'm home for another two months with nothing to do besides working, I have time to work on my dream to become Martha Stewart- well like her, I could do without the jail time. So I've got a huge folder of bookmarks with recipes, crafts, Christmas present ideas and DIY projects.

My Mom showed me this hedgehog pecan cookie recipe from Taste of Home magazine as I love hedgehogs and baking. It looks nothing like the picture from the recipe, however they are quite cute. Plus they were fun to make and I can only get better.
