Getting the party started

First full day in Maui, and us girls had a jam packed day....that went by at such a slow and leisurely pace we just could hardly believe our luck. The time difference really worked in our favor. We slept in...but it was only before 8am when we got up, had some breakfast, showered OUTSIDE , and then packed up a lunch, and got on our way. Out of the house and hiking to a waterfall by 9:30am. CRAZY. We had a great hike, and then headed to Wailea area to find a beach to spend the rest of the day.

We found a great spot, and settled in for some reading, snorkeling, swimming, and a picnic lunch. It was so very perfect. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day.

Then we got changed for our Luau. It was such a fun experience. We really enjoyed all the people involved. The folks at our table were lovely. We had great seat to see all the action. The performers were fantastic, and the food was good. Such a great time.

We were home by 9pm ish....and had fun hanging out, and doing a bit more reading before bed.
