A lovely sunrise over Morecambe Bay, so we got out for a walk along the Prom which was energising.

Errands, emails and I think my problem is now solved - or at least I can get and send emails on one device if not all, yet.

A trip to Kendal for a haircut. Lovely sunny drive there which is good for the spirits.

No 1 son arrived late this evening, having driven up after work,for a few days and it will be good to catch up with him face to face.
