Up[to Scourie to get the fish man then into the Surgery to pick up my tablets ans I also saw the Doctor about my back. She gave me some painkillers to take at night to and suggested I see the Phisio. We got the Library at Handa Terrace and renewed the books.
I did some sewing tonight.
