First Aid Training

Today I was in the care of Trainer Steve from the St John Ambulance for my triennial first aid training.

Passed with flying colours and struck by how much the CPR method has changed over the past few years. Its exhausting work. Also how much defibulators have changed the life expectancy of heart attack patients.
