I Love my Bike!

I used to think mr toast was silly for loving his rally car - its just a lump of metal i thought. that was until i fell in love with my bike. we have so much fun together.
trying a last minute ditch attempt as fitness cos me and my brother have decided to tackle the Radnor Ring next week in 2 days as part of our training for the wales ride in april.
off to yoga now for a lie down
