The Sumo Monster

Is it just me or is the sumo looking a bit of a monster? Are those 2 glowing eyes and a grim mouth?
Chilly today so first job when I got home from work was to light the fire. We may now have hot water after a long stint without, but we haven't got the heating going yet. Or perhaps I just haven't been told how to switch it on.
