Rolling boil

Too busy to blip yesterday after a busy day with Board business. And in the evening I had to do something with the quinces I had collected from the garden.

I'd softened and strained the juice overnight and then started on the jelly. As I'd left my camera in the office the mobile phone had to do. Gives the impression of movement. Fascinating how the colour of this liquid transform when turned into jelly - a topic for a future blip?
