INTELLIGENT DESIGN?

This "water feature" must have been "designed" by committee.

No ecologist worth any salt could have been involved.

I like the chubby gentleman sitting on his eternally spewing tortoise, BUT...

They're on a plinth in an ecology-free pond. Come autumn, leaves will fall, water will get manky. Solution - a green net poncho - haa ha! What they haven't understood is that without the necessary wildlife - the water's going to get manky with or without poncho just like it did last year!!
