Christmas Cactus.

I think this is Schlumbergera truncata but it could be S. × buckleyi both are known as Christmas cactus.

Another quiet day not going out far so what is there in the house I can blip. My brother recently bliped his Christmas cactus claiming 5 buds on 4 leaves. I have one flower on well over a couple of dozen stems. However at last some buds are forming. My cousin has bliped one of her Christmas Cacti so it must be my turn.

This is another attempt at HDR and I think it has helped to get more detail into the lighter parts of the shot. You may be subjected to other shots of this flower as it seems to work quite well for some of the practising I have been doing.
