British Gas - no hot water or central heating for the last 24 hours after an engineer repaired it.

British Telecom - 40Mb line is available now! Oh no it not!

I phoned Virgin told them in no uncertain terms that they should cancel my subscription - terrible service.

Had to phone them back, apologise and ask for my broadband back after BT told me that their new service is not available although they told me it was.

I am now waiting for a manager to call
