Country Kitchen in Waddington

If you're passing through Waddington, or are nearby and hungry, give this place a go!
We come here nearly every time we visit the north. Living in Sweden we don't get many chances to eat traditional northern British food but here they serve just that. It is cooked on the premises and is delicious. The portions are generous and the prices very reasonable. Muddy walkers, cyclists, families with children, and well behaved dogs are all welcome.
Our trip to Britain is turning into a trip through traditional cooking. I'm fairly sure I'll be a couple of kilos heavier when I get home but who cares!
It's not all cafés and restaurants though, the family here and in London also produce delicious meals and today Jan baked sourdough bread with the culture we carried here from Sweden.
