Window pain

The window cleaner left without getting paid today. Tonight he came back. I think he'd been listening to Jimmie Rodgers in his lunch break.

Of course the Guardian has to analyse it all. I quite like this line: "All ghosts are actually the restless spirits of deceased bed linen."
