Spooks...

And just like that, it's Halloween.

It's been a bonkers week - I decided to go for the next stage of the creative writing course with Open Uni so I've been frantically writing this week, as well as trying to sort out Halloween stuff (for the kids and for myself) and right in the middle of it all Ida had to make a bloody Christmas card for nursery!!

In between big tantrums, homework and making/eating tea we managed to carve out a couple of pumpkins - the guy on the right is Ida's and she can't decide between Polly Pocket, Dave (she's got a penchant for calling things 'Dave' at the moment) or Scary Pumpkin. She'll decide tomorrow no doubt.

The other one is called KING ELEXTRO (said in a booming voice) and Arlo is delighted with it. He drew the mouth on himself, he's very chuffed, as am I. Managed to get the assignment in with 4 minutes to spare, after days and days and days of procrastination.
