Boiling Mud

Had a girl's day out with Mum and Susan, although a little late getting going! First stop was the cafe at Waiotapu for lunch, then checked out the boiling mud pools, these have a free entry and always love trying to capture that perfect blob...this was one of the best from today.

Took a leisurely drive through the Waikite Valley, a large dairy farming area and it is looking at it's peak at the moment with all the spring growth. Farmers are busy putting in silage. Back into Rotorua and a trip to Spotlight to pick up some wool for mum and home by late afternoon. A relaxing evening ahead with a glass (or two) of wine!
