National Monument Sunrise

I woke early this morning and looked out of the window and could see the skies were fairly clear but with a smattering of clouds and I could tell it was going to be a cracking sunrise. I gave up my car in May which meant pulling all the camera gear on and then walking up Calton Hill to get there just in time to see this emerging. I only had time to fire off three or four shots before the light was gone but at least one of them I was happy with.
