To blip or not to blip...
The question I was asking myself - is it better to take a picture of any old thing that might be handy rather than having a day forever without a blip? At first I was tempted to just leave today blank - it was another of those days with barely a moment to myself and initially I felt too worn out to do it properly.
But then I remembered why I am enjoying this so much - it is the little things in life we forget to notice - and sometimes they are the most important. This experience of blipping has helped me remember to really look at the things and the people around me - to look up as well as down, to think rather than just fret and stew, and to simply remember to be present.
These things are too important to skip a day. This impromptu snap is of a most treasured and well loved member of our household - may I introduce you to Rifkey...
