Chilly Sunday evening...

... York Station.

We arrived slightly later than expected on a delayed local train to a very chilly wind at York Station. Our train to London was also running about 30 minutes so we decided to imbibe some coffee in the warmth of the platform cafe. We had no sooner collected the drinks and sat in a quiet corner when a member of staff asked us to leave, because they were closing (it was, after all, very late at 6:30pm).

The rest of our wait was spent staring hopefully up at this timetable information.

Tomorrow will be Eurostar to Paris.
