Hawkstone Park

Hawkstone Park includes an impressive selection of follies, including a vertiginous tower, an also vertiginous and very narrow 'Swiss Bridge', a gorge and several caves and old mines to explore, all spread across several hills linked by bridges. It's a fun day out unless you have claustrophobia or vertigo, which happily I don't. Although not very far as the proverbial crow flies, the twists and turns and many sets of steps up and down combine to make it feel a lot further.
