Lincs Aviation Heritage Centre

A grand day out to look at the Lancaster today. It was an incredible sight, even in the hangar.

We also saw a Dakota which had my dad reminiscing about trips abroad in his youth, a bouncing bomb and the story of the Dambusters, and we got to play in the cockpit of a Canberra. Lunch in the NAAFI and a whirl around the gift shop topped off an amazing and inspiring day out.
