Tiergarten Reflection - Berlin

So many images of Berlin, many of them connected to my memories of growing up in the Cold War. It was nice to escape the city and wander through the Tiergarten. Such a vast expanse of trees; it was amazing to see the photos of the area post-war when all the trees were felled for firewood.
Here's a beautiful lakeside tree that wouldn't have been there in 1945. Look closely...
