Trick or Treat night again.

Alex and I dressed this window this morning.

After a quiet day and lunch in the pub we settled down for the evenings visits; me answering the door and Fred cooking out of sight! Alex and friend James, went off and came back laden with tooth-rotters and with a few funny tales of rather odd people!

We had over 50 visitors - I know this because the set of 44 small packets of sweets ran out (and I do always put them into the children's bags myself as I was caught out years ago by the 'handful snatchers' if children are allowed to help themselves!) We rummaged about and found some more for the last few groups of callers.

I have to say they made a lot of effort this year. A lot of dads were having quite a bit of fun!
