Black Stone Scary

Today was my last day working as a temp.....hooray!
From next week all the jobs I have are my own; no more maternity cover.

Although it didn't look too bad, it was a busyish afternoon, which was a pain for me as I needed to be home, showered, changed and ready by 6pm.

I finished work bang on 5.30 and dashed home to get ready (luckily I don't live far from work), I don't think I've ever got ready so fast!

In a change to our usual Friday night takeaway programme, we (Mr A, Laura, Steve & I) went to see Black Stone Cherry at the MEN Arena in Manchester.

Laura & Steve picked me up (which is why I needed the quick change) and we met Mr A in Manchester, had a quick bite to eat, then off to the gig.

We saw them play back in February, but in a smaller, all standing venue. Tonight we had a much better view, in seats next to the side of the stage.

Since I've blipped the whole band before, I thought I would blip the animal on the drums that is John-Fred Young.
