Chums reunited

I met up with Rosemary today, after a gap of forty years! She and I started primary school on the same day, were great pals through secondary school and university then went our separate ways. We reconnected through FaceBook about four years ago but had not managed to meet up until today when by chance she noticed from my journal yesterday that I was in Bannockburn at the same time as she was visiting her brother in Stirling! So carpe diem a place and time to meet was hastily arranged and this event recorded by my hubby for posterity. Two hours passed without much breath being drawn and those four decades disappeared in a moment.
