More shrooms

The day started wet but then the sun came out this afternoon. Perfect weather for fungi. I hope it's also good for all those sugar crazed trick or treaters who will be venturing out today.

When we were in town this morning it was sometimes hard to work out who was in costume and who was just eccentrically dressed. Some were pretty obviously costumes, such as the Where's Waldo Wally, or the witches. I saw a friend of mine wearing a fedora, but I wasn't sure if she was dressed for the weather or for Halloween.

My favourite was a lady in a skirt, big boots, coat with a hood. She also had blue hair and a long grey beard. Come to think of it, perhaps it was an eccentric guy in a dress?
