Morning Light on the Signal Tower

16.6C with a sunny morning then some cloud developing through the afternoon. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I were through in Arbroath about 9am for a wander round the harbour. The lock gate to the inner basin (where the marina is) was open, so we walked round one side out to the outer harbour wall first then came back and went round the other way. It was bright and sunny and there was a good breeze making the water choppy in the outer basin. Before we made our way back to the car I took this shot with the morning light on the Signal Tower Museum.

After lunch Maeve and I went out for another walk. We went down to the shore then round in a loop walk of about two miles. It was pleasantly mild.
