Ed's Easy Diner

For years, no trip to London has been complete without a visit to Ed's Easy Diner. If you love the idea of American diners with fab milkshakes, burgers, hotdogs and cheesy chips, them this is the place for you. Other quality diners chains that have been checked out in years gone by have included, Lori's Diners in San Francisco and Eddie Rockets in Dublin.

Well, last Tuesday, the first Ed's in Scotland opened at Fort Kinnaird, so a trip was in order at the earliest opportunity, and today was it. Kryptomart and I were first in the queue to get in today, and it lived up to expectations.

We will be trying out the new Five Guys when they open in Scotland too.
