Primroses for autumn colour

Following our trip to the local garden centre on Thursday, these are some of the Primroses we bought. My better half has been planting them out this afternoon; their colours are rather lovely.

I note they are called "Fireworks" - quite appropriate as we approach November 5th, when we in the the UK set off fireworks to "celebrate" the attempt by Guy Fawkes to blow up the Houses of Parliament in 1605.
