A Fungi Forest

Mum and I headed to Lullingstone Country Park for our coffee this morning, and ended up having lunch and then a mid-afternoon ice cream there: yes I did say ice cream - it was another lovely dry mild day!

Leaving Mum listening to the radio, and reading her kindle, I headed into the woodland in search of fungi. No luck there, so I wandered along the Darenth River, again, no luck :(

Eventually I headed back to the car, and suddenly saw an old log with this virtual forest of fungi beign backlit by the sun. My day was complete!
