Shadow Play Selfie

I've popped into Fishers Green nature reserve a few times recently but today was the first time for a long time that I've walked around Seventy Acres Lake. I met lots of lovely dogs, watched a narrowboat negotiate Cheshunt Lock and visited the North Metropolitan Orchid Meadow.

No flowers at this time of year of course but it is still lovely to amble on the meandering raised walkway under the silver birches.

I was keeping my eyes open for photogenic shadows for a project on another site. Very unusual for me to take a selfie. :)
