Seemed nice, and if we were buying it, maybe, but for anyone else it has to be closer to rent ready than this.

One thing I cannot work out is whether the work done to it was mitigated, or was halfway through a renovation. And the other thing I can't work out is - WHY DO PEOPLE INSIST ON USING SEMI GLOSS PAINT ON THE DAMN WALLS? Yes, they maybe 'easy' to clean, but they are a bitch to ever repaint. And you never ever ever leave walls of a rental white - because as my wife pointed out - tenants see white walls as a blank canvas for whatever God awful taste in colour they have, and repaint the damn things.
