Fireworks portrait (365 mono #073)

It was the Rotary Club fireworks display in Didcot (Oxfordshire, UK) this evening. I took my camera along, but must admit that I really struggled with focusing in the very low light. I managed to get a few ok shots though.

The featured shot here is a portrait of my eldest taken in front of a fairground ride. I like this portrait because of the genuine smile and the bokeh. My other selection is of a friend's daughter and can be seen on my Flikr page. It was a really close call and I on;y chose the one of my eldest because he was upset that the youngest appears so much more often in my Blips!
