Mushroom And Nettle Soup

I came across a few of these mushrooms on my walk this evening. I wouldn't dream of taking the risk of actually eating any mushroom I found in the wild, but if I did, I imagine that a mushroom and nettle soup might be a very good combination.

It was a very dark and grey day today. The autumn sun seems to have disappeared. I spent most of the day indoors sorting out paperwork (does it ever end?), but as usual, my late afternoon walk helped to 'clear the cobwebs' and refresh my soul.
