Crail to St. Monan's

A special day. A long beach walk with my Mum and Dad. Kicked off with a coffee (and obligatory cake) in Crail. Such a sweet place overlooking the sea. We took the coastal path via Anstruther. In the evening Mum and I watched back to back episodes of Friends season 10. We laughed. A lot.
