Don't laugh at me pantaloons

I was out on the back lawn trying for tuis, or sparrows, or even a blackbird when a thrush popped up on a branch. My settings all wrong but I quite liked the resulting effect. I thought he looked upset because the others were laughing at his pantaloons. A tui came along then and he flew off.
