Flying High

This kite is 'flying' from a post outside the Watershed Restaurant in Ferrymead, Christchurch. It reminds me of Māori kites - Manu tukutuku. Kite flying is an old Māori tradition.

I met up with Daisy10 for a coffee at the Watershed this afternoon. She's not been blipping very long, has had a break, but is hoping to get back into it again soon.
