chocolate success!
Today was a day for my birthday gift of a chocolate workshop, so I travelled over to Bath to join far more people than I expected oozing out chocolate ganache into strips, rolling them into balls, wrapping them in tempered chocolate and then dusting them in cocoa powder, coconut and chopped almonds.
The bag of a selection of chocolates that I took to the pub in the evening was emptied fairly swiftly.......
