Holding On

We have been orienteering at Tankersley north of Sheffield this morning in a technical little forest full of bell pits and bomb craters and brambles(!) I thoroughly enjoyed myself although speedy pal Marcia still took five minutes out of me!

Once home I took a quick walk up to St Ives to try and catch the last of the sunshine. Autumn is well and truly settling in there now and with a mixed week of weather ahead include blusteriness and frostiness, I think it will be a sudden switch over to winter! I'm back to work tomorrow, back to clock set at 5.45 am and back on the bike.....
