Every beat of my heart.

Today I ran the Edinburgh 10k winter warmer for the British Heart Foundation in memory of dad who passed away 8 years ago from heart disease.

The run was a challenge as there was a lot of uphill and strong wind. But I did it and it certainly got my heart beating.

It was great having Mr J at finishing line to support me.

Now to enjoy the fireworks xxx
