Glimpsed

Quiet morning then met P. for lunch with A&N at Brasserie Blanc. Unfortunately P got a bit lost on the way so we were a bit rushed but he seemed very chirpy and was wearing the birthday shirt and jumper we'd bought him. Then time for me to get the train-busy and took a couple of moves to get a place next to a plug for laptop so I can use the time to review thesis chapters.
Realised I had no photos today and was just getting ready to take a picture of a rather pleasing ruined building as we left Wolverhampton when another train rushed past. Amazingly you can just see the tower -probably through the windows or between carriages.
Only another 3 hours to go, then the walk up the hill and Downton with a cup of tea!
